[Licktionary Monday, Week 11] – Michael Romeo String Skipping A natural minor lick

///[Licktionary Monday, Week 11] – Michael Romeo String Skipping A natural minor lick

Welcome to my new weekly instructional series of guitar licks – a series specifically designed to help you expand your musical vocabulary (your Licktionary!) on the electric guitar!

For this week’s Licktionary – a very cool-sounding lick, influenecd by the playing of the amazing Michael Romeo of Symphony X.

This is a scalar, String Skipping run, based on the A natural minor scale.

As always, follow the picking directions and practise it slow before trying to speed it up!

Enjoy!
