When beginning your drily practice session, start by stretching your tendons, muscles and ligaments for at least 5′.

You need to create a simple routine that stretches back, shoulders, arms , elbows, wrists and fingers and follow it EVERY time before you start to play or practice.

Personally, I have 2 of these routines – a long one (5′) and a short one, around 2′
